Uptime-Robot arbeitet leider immer noch an einer dauerhaften Lösung der Monitoring-Probleme und hat nun für Ende Januar ein größeres API-Update angekündigt. Wir halten euch über den Fortschritt auf dem Laufenden.

Unfortunately, Uptime Robot is still working on a permanent solution to the monitoring issues and has now announced a major API update for the end of January. We will keep you informed.

Wir sind schon fast wieder auf dem Stand, bevor UptimeRobot uns mit nicht dokumentierten Änderungen vor einen Berg von Aufgaben gestellt hat. Einzig beim Einrichten eines neuen Monitoring kann es sehr lange dauern, bis es dann auch gestartet wird und in gewissen Fällen, bleibt der Anfang Status «Preparing» hängen. Das zeigt sich in der App, dass ein «Neu» ausgegeben wird und keine Daten angezeigt werden. Natürlich stehen wir weiterhin in Kontakt mit UptimeRobot, damit ihr euer «altes» Monitoring zurück bekommt.

We are almost back to where we were before UptimeRobot presented us with a mountain of tasks due to undocumented changes. The only thing is that when setting up a new monitoring system, it can take a very long time for it to start up, and in some cases, the initial status gets stuck on “Preparing.” This is evident in the app, which displays “New” and no data. Of course, we are still in contact with UptimeRobot so that you can get your “old” monitoring back.

We are currently investing significant manpower to implement workarounds for newly emerging issues and to address them immediately. You can rest assured that we are doing everything possible to keep the impact for you as minimal as we can.

At this time, up and down notifications should be working. However, the display within the app may be affected.

Although Uptime Robot is treating our request as a high priority, we do not currently have a timeframe for when the issue will be resolved.

Unfortunately, UptimeRobot informed us upon request that they have changed the parameters of their API without notice and we will have to make adjustments. We are working on a solution.

There are currently problems with our service provider UptimeRobot. We are therefore not receiving any monitoring data. The remaining functions of trakked are not affected.
